Currently there are 2 sites to download free audiobooks from --

         -- Overdrive -- whose titles show in our online catlog

 

- and Ingram Digital Downloadable audiobooks,
made possible by a one-year grant from the Department of Public Utilities

Both of these sites require you to download their own software.
You will also need your library card number.

eBooks-- are books that can be read on a PC, MAC or supported eBook readers --
like a Kindle or a Nook. Our Overdrive collection now includes eBooks. Check their website
for more information. There are many websites with free ebooks, including Project Gutenberg,
the Internet Archive, and the Online Books Page. Amazon and Barnes & Noble also have free books.
